We do not run ads and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits. It does not use cookies.
Our own visit log uses a first-party cookie named otw_sid. It lasts 30 minutes and holds only a random number. A campaign link may also set otw_src for 30 days, holding only that link’s name. We record the page, the time, the host of the link you arrived from, and your approximate location (country, region, and city) as reported by the host. We do not store your IP address or your browser’s user-agent string. Visit records are kept for 13 months. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, our visit log sets neither cookie and records nothing (Cloudflare Web Analytics, above, still counts the visit without cookies).
The application opens only with the code on an endorsement card. A right code sets a cookie named otw_endorsed for two hours; it holds only an expiry time and a signature, nothing about you. What you type in the code box is checked and not stored.
The application asks your name, your email address, who endorsed you, and the questions on the form. We store those answers and the same approximate location. We use your email address to send you one message after the production. Application answers and the email address are deleted six months after the production closes.
The email box on Come Meet Us stores an email address only if you tick that same box, and keeps it until you ask us to remove it.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs on those forms to reject automated submissions. It is loaded from Cloudflare.
The “Members Only” page does not send what you type anywhere. We do not store it.
You must be 18 or older to submit the application or the email box. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
